Rights and Copyright

All content on this website is copyrighted to HertsRadio UK and us operating as HertsRadio UK. All digital multimedia (MP3 Files / Live Stream) is copyrighted to HertsRadio UK. No recordings are to be made of any part of our live stream without prior permisson from us.

We are not allowed to provide all interviews for download via the media player due to copyright rules in the UK. Any audio older than six months could be removed from our server at any time for disk space requirements

HertsRadio UK operates under an OFCOM Liscience for broadcasting digital equipment.

Website

The website has been designed with all user browsers in mind. Older versions of Internet Explorer (6 or lower) may expereince functional problems with transparent blue edges on theimages on the website along with other functionallity issues. We have tested the website and it works completley fine in Firefox , Safari and higher version of internet explorer (7 and above)

Unearthed Playlist

The "Unearthed Playlist" is property of HertsRadio UK. Band submissons are checked with a senior producer before being added to our playlist. We reserve the right to edit songs to remove swearing or offensive langauge before playing them on air

YPSound advertises products that we feel could be of interest to our listeners. YPSound is not responsible for the content on linked websites however will investigate any complaints made against the sites if we are informed

YPSound Media Player

The YPSound Media Player plays on demand content from the show. All material on the Media Player belongs to us along with all technology that is used to work the player. All content provided is copyright to YPSound
